My name is Darren, and I have owned the business since 2006 when we opened. My business is located in the beautiful riverside town of Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire.

I have over 30+ years’ experience within the travel industry, that means many contacts, and indeed, much travelling that has taken place.
​
It's important to me that you have the absolute best holiday you can have, I love planning holidays, and importantly I love sending clients on holidays, there is nothing better actually than hearing from clients on there return, that the arrangements, choice of room, property and destination have ticked all the boxes.

I have travelled extensively, I have been to almost every corner of this earth, and if I haven’t been to the destination, you are planning on visiting, well, I will know an excellent contact who has.

When entrusting your hard-earned money with a business, trust, integrity and honesty must be all present, travelling is pretty unique, its most likely the most expensive purchase you never see until you are actually there, and with that, picking the right person to assist in your travel planning is incredibly important.

Travel agents can and do add value to every holiday, ever wondered why the couple next door to you at your hotel enjoyed a bottle sparkling wine on the balcony, or a room upgrade for free that you paid for, it's likely they booked with an experienced and knowledgeable travel agent, such as myself. Over the years, I have built up an extensive black book of contacts, people who can add that little extra to your trip.

In the 21st century, the internet is heralded as the answer to everything, and sadly, when it comes to travelling, it simply cannot compete with the personal attention someone like myself can offer you. After I have booked a couple of trips for you, and I have an excellent idea of what you like, I can, as I do for many clients, start to recommend destinations for you, quite often with regular clients, I receive a quick email asking to get them away, I know exactly what they like, what room they will like, how far they want to travel, along with dozens of other notes I will have made, this means I can send you my recommendation to consider, it's that easy.
